Heaven and hell are right here. When your emotional is getting painful and suffering means - you’re in the hell. God is putting you in the hell to boiling your soul shhhhhht. You’re walking in the fire, in the fire - that is the hell. You kicked out, you’re so happy, that is the huge love, big smiling face – that is the heaven.
Suppose you have a beautiful diamond ring, you love it, you really love it, it’s like your heart. Somebody took that, somebody cracking that in front of you, hammering that, breaking that. Just you’re watching - to controlling your emotions, simply watching it. You can’t do anything at the time, you know it is happening, it will happen, simply watching, “Hey, that’s fine,” on the spot, on the second, on the moment just kicking out that emotion. Who have that control power, it means ninety percent they’re hooking the God, ninety percent hooking the God. Your dearest thing, whatever it is, very close thing, it’s damaging, or it is going away, or it is doing something, or it is happening something. If you do your maximum best, wash it, you can’t help it, but after, then you’re completely away - freedom. That’s fine - kicking out those emotions. Of course, it takes a few minutes, just in a few minutes, ten, fifteen, maximum one hour - shhhhhht – take off. You understand?
