This year Swami was completing a lot of his work with his students. He gave the Immortal Enlightenment Program with an initiation and final transmission with his blessing for his students to go out in the world and work. At the end of September, Swami installed the loving form of Mother Divine, Mahishasura Mardini, (Kanaka Durga), in the outer room of the Dwarkamai. Swami often talked about the Kala Chakra saying, “Don’t waste the time!” Swami was 38 year old.

Charitable Work and Activities
- Swami held a groundbreaking ceremony for the building of a new hospital. This hospital was to be a super specialty hospital offering all services free for the poor.
- Swami and the Shirdi Sai Global Trust conducted a mega eye camp giving eye operations to the poor. The patients and their families were fed.
