On January 8, 2007 Swami Kaleshwar celebrated his 34th birthday at the ashram. As a birthday gift to the community, Swami conducted a Free Medical Clinic for all the needy mothers and children in Ananthapur District. He visited the clinic and personally gave Polio drops to each child from his own hand. In the evening Swami threw a party for more than one hundred thousand devotees and friends from around the world. It was a memorable occasion in which guests were fed and entertained by popular comedians, dancers and singers. Swami was 34 years old.

The following list of processes and knowledge was taught to Swami's students during his international travels and to the students attending his Soul University at his ashram, Parameshwari Yoga Process, Datta Kriya Process, Alahala Garala Kanta Lingam Process, Maheshwari Initiations, Healing Techniques and Vaastu.
Charitable Work and Activities in India
Swami and the Shirdi Sai Global Trust worked very powerfully in the communities this year addressing many of the hardships of the people. Swami receives an Honorary Doctorate from the Open International University of Complementary Medicine, Malaysia, in recognition of his philanthropic endeavors.
The Navya Shree Eye Hospital was officially inaugurated. Swami visited the patients at the hospital and inquired after their welfare. He was accompanied the head of the hospital, doctors, and the board members of the Shirdi Sai Global Trust.
10 Lakh Rupees was donated to the temple of Kalahasthi to be used for renovation and a diamond crown for the Mother Divine statue, Gyanana Prasunamba.
40 Lakh Rupees was given to the Vishva Brahmhana Social Welfare Office to help the poor. Part of the funds were used to renovate the ancient temple, Sri Viramadvhirat Kalayana Mantapam, where the poor can come and freely worship.
42 Lakh Rupees was given for reconstruction of ancient temples, education of the poor and bore wells for surrounding villages without water.
In Swami’s new program, Improving Village Standards, 23 Villages were provided with drinking water through drilling new bore wells. Swami donated an additional 50 Lakh Rupees for the constriction of schools, temples, hospitals, electricity connections and Marriage Halls in these adopted villages. Free street lighting was distributed to 42 villages upon Swami’s request.
Swami gave a talk to, The HIV and Young Indian Society regarding the issues of health and how to conduct themselves in society. He donated 40,000 Rupees per month to provide nutritious food for people suffering from HIV.
Swami announced the building of a special hospital, starting with 12 rooms for HIV Children in the District. It will be for children from 5-12 years of age. Swami gave free food and notebooks to 192 HIV children.
In Mudhigubha Village, a very poor couple was given help from Swami to receive free medical treatment for leprosy. Swami also helped to establish a small free clinic testing pregnant women for HIV and providing medical treatment.
Swami and the Shirdi Sai Global Trust provide free health services to the poor through Sarva Shiksha Abiyan, a Central Government Education Agency. Children under the age of 14 and from poor families who attend this school receive free meals.
