In 1992, during Swami's school days, he began to demonstrate amazing healing abilities. People began coming to him suffering from cobra bites, scorpion bites and various ailments and diseases. His reputation grew steadily as he counseled people with advice for themselves and their families and giving inspiration in their lives. Swami was nineteen years old.
In 1995, Swami received land from his devotees and along with the help of his friends, began to construct the main Shirdi Sai Baba Temple. Swami was twenty-two years old.
In 1996, Swami completed the construction of the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple and conducted the inauguration when the six foot statue of Shirdi Sai Baba was installed. Swami was twenty-three years old.
