Don’t get like you really want it, want it, want it - that’s kind of nightmare. I know the Baba Datta energy… if I really like something, I will lose that, I’m serious…
One time I went to Shirdi. I think I told it. I went in the helicopter. It’s super hot season, extremely hot. I have the beautiful shoes somebody gave to me, I loved the shoes they’re very beautiful. Generally I won’t care but I don’t know why, I really got attracted that shoes, ok. It takes only three minutes, I entered into Dwarkamai, I put them outside. There’s one Gurka is waiting outside. I told him, “Please take care of them.” Whenever I use to go in Dwarkamai I paid him one hundred rupees as a tip. Freely I could go in anytime and come back. I entered the Dwarkamai and touched the Baba’s rock where he used to sit. I walked out - my shoes disappeared! Somebody took it. Ok, it’s like a pretty good burning. Ok, I’ll buy another shoes - pretty good, again I lost that too. Then I decided, “No way, I’m not going to buy any more shoes.”
Then one of my beautiful friend, he went a different way to the helicopter and I have to catch the train. I thought, “No problem I’ll get the ticket.” On the day it’s like a big devotees, the groups are coming to the south Bangalore side. There’s no way to get seat. “Ok, at least I got a ticket to get in the train.” It’s late night, big sleeping, huge tired. I put on the newspapers near the bathroom, toilet. I put down the newspaper; I sat there, just little laid down… It’s horrible, each person passing, going and coming back. So, “Ok fine.” And few sadhus also sitting the side of me, also smoking the biddies and I looked at them, “Hum, it’s a beautiful. I came in the helicopter, look at my position.” And a small kid came he cannot stop his pee. He came straightly he pulled (peed) on my face! I don’t know what to say. I’m serious. Then, “Hey!” I opened the door and made him go out then I washed my face. And the sadhus are laughing, “This is the life.” They’re saying, “This is the life.” Ok, good.
And my driver, he’s suppose to come, I have very dirty clothes, all dirty clothes, I have to change the dress - very smelly, Anthony to come with my car. Just he came, he showed at the time two flat tires. I put in the luggage. He started the car. Two tires are flat. It took one and a half hours to change it. Then I entered in the Mandir - thousands of people are waiting! It’s like super irritating me! You know irritating? No more patience, completely dead... Stopped the car and getting in…a lot of people want to put the garlands and touch my feet. “Ok, what to say?” Can’t scream…it’s a beautiful lila.
So, my experience with the Baba, with the guru, is simply one sentence simply. Once if I’m really going through hard time, if I thought I’m really go through hard time he really makes me to go really hard time.
